Yuritzy Outdoor Living is an award-winning, family-owned design-build company built on hard work, experience, and a commitment to creating outdoor spaces that transform how people live at home.

The company was founded in 2007 by Itzcoatl Mendoza under the name Yuritzy #4 Landscaping. Born in Michoacán, Mexico, Itzcoatl grew up in a small rancho with limited opportunities. With a child on the way, he made the decision to come to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunity and a better future for his family. He began working under his uncle in his landscaping company, Yuritzy #1, alongside his brothers, where he built a strong foundation in the trade and gained hands-on experience across all aspects of landscaping and construction.

With time, experience, and a strong entrepreneurial drive, Itzcoatl went on to establish his own company. Starting with basic landscaping services and smaller projects, he steadily built a reputation for reliability, quality craftsmanship, and consistent results.

As the company evolved, so did its vision. Yahir Mendoza, Itzcoatl’s son, stepped into the design side of the business, playing a key role in transitioning the company from smaller-scale work to larger, more detailed outdoor living projects. Together, they shifted the focus from standard installations to a design-driven approach, guiding clients through every phase of the process—from initial concept to final construction.

Today, Yuritzy Outdoor Living operates as a full-service design-build firm specializing in patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and full pool projects. The company provides a seamless, one-stop experience, eliminating the need for clients to coordinate multiple contractors.
